Waldo

Waldo is a cranky Pipe Wrenchtool who is almost always grumpy, much to the liking of Dozer, and he likes to keep things in order and tell others what to do, much to Ace's dismay. More often than not, he will always look for the more practical solution, which unfortunately, tends to get him and the others into serious trouble.
